Hey there! At Animegifts, every T-shirt is designed, printed, and packed right here in our own workshop. No middlemen, no unnecessary delays – just us making sure you get the best quality straight from our hands to yours.
1. Where do we ship?
We currently ship to:

United States (US) – all 50 states
-
Zambia – major cities and towns supported by our trusted carrier network.
We include Zambia because we have established a reliable, direct shipping route that ensures fast delivery, secure handling, and no extra customs duties or import taxes for customers. This allows us to provide the same smooth shopping experience as we do for our US customers.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to:

PO Boxes – our carriers require a physical street address for safe delivery

Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) – currently not supported by our carriers

US overseas territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam) – due to extended transit times and customs clearance limitations
2. How much does shipping cost?
We like to keep things super simple – no hidden fees, no surprises.
If you’re in the US:
Shipping is just $4.99 no matter how many T-shirts you grab.
And hey, if your order is $89 or more (before tax), we’ll ship it to you for free – no code needed, it happens automatically at checkout.
If you’re in Zambia:
Shipping is $9.99 flat.
We don’t offer free shipping there yet, but here’s the good news – there are no extra taxes or customs fees. What you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay.
Little tip for our US customers: If your cart’s just shy of $89, maybe add one more tee – it might tip you over into free shipping territory.
3. How long will it take to get my order?
We break it down into two easy steps:
Step 1 – Processing your order
We print, pack, and get your order ready in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Order before 2:00 PM (MST) and we’ll start on it the same day. If it’s after 2 PM, we’ll begin first thing the next business day.
Step 2 – Getting it to your door
Once your package is on its way:

US customers usually get it in 5–6 business days

Zambia customers can expect it in 9–10 business days
Here’s what it looks like in real life:

If you’re in the US and order on Monday at 1:00 PM (MST):

We start that day, finish packing by Tuesday or Wednesday, and your package arrives between Thursday and Monday.

If you’re in Zambia and order Friday after 2:00 PM (MST):
-
We’ll start on Monday, finish by Tuesday or Wednesday, and you’ll see your package arrive the following week – usually Thursday or Friday.

4. Delivery timeline – examples
We know it’s easier to plan when you can picture the timeline. Here’s how it usually works:
Example for a US order:

Monday (after 2:00 PM MST): You place your order. We’ll start processing it on Tuesday.

Tuesday–Wednesday: We print, pack, and send you an email with your tracking number.

Next 4–6 business days: Your package is on its way to you.

Arrival: You’ll usually get it the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
Example for a Zambia order:

Monday (after 2:00 PM MST): You place your order. Processing starts on Tuesday.

Tuesday–Wednesday: We prepare your order and send you your tracking number.

Next 9–10 business days: Your package travels safely to Zambia.

Arrival: You can expect it about two weeks after placing your order.
5. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes:

Your tracking number

A link to track your package directly on the carrier’s website
Heads up: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after you receive your email, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show movement right away.
6. Damaged or lost items
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 72 hours of receiving it.

Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review your case quickly and offer a replacement or refund.
If your package is lost:

US: Contact us if it hasn’t arrived within 14 business days

Zambia: Contact us if it hasn’t arrived within 20 business days

We’ll investigate with the carrier, and if confirmed lost, we’ll reship or refund your order.
7. Cancelling your order
Changed your mind? No problem — as long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we can cancel it.

Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order.

If it’s already been shipped (you’ve received a tracking number), we can’t cancel it — but you can still follow our Return & Refund Policy after it arrives.
