At Animegifts, we want you to love every T-shirt you order from us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns policy to make things right.
This policy applies to orders shipped to both the United States and Zambia. Please read it carefully so you know how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Period – 90 Days, No Rush
We want you to have time to decide if your new T-shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt is exactly what you hoped for. That’s why you have a full 90 days from the day it arrives at your door to decide whether to keep it or send it back.
We give you this long return window because we know clothing isn’t just about looks — it’s about comfort, fit, and how it feels when you wear it. Sometimes you need a few tries to be sure it’s right.
So go ahead — try it on, check the fit, see how it works with your other outfits. If it’s not perfect, we’ve got your back.
2. Free Returns – When It’s Our Fault
If we make a mistake or something slips through our quality checks, you won’t pay a cent to return your order. This includes situations like:

Your item arrives damaged — maybe a tear in the fabric, a misprint, loose stitching, or a broken drawstring

We send you the wrong product, size, or color compared to what you ordered
When that happens:

Return cost: $0 — we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label so you don’t have to pay for postage

Your choice:

Get a brand-new replacement (same style, if still in stock)

Or a full refund, including the original shipping fee you paid

We have this policy because it’s only fair — if it’s our fault, you shouldn’t have to pay anything to fix it.
3. Change of Mind Returns – You Cover Shipping
We get it — sometimes you order a hoodie and realize the color isn’t quite you, or you grab a sweatshirt and decide the fit isn’t your style. Maybe you just changed your mind.
You can still return your T-shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt within the same 90-day window, but in this case, you’ll cover the return shipping cost yourself.
Why? Because shipping and processing returns cost us time and resources, and when the product is still perfect, it’s fair that the customer covers the trip back.
To make sure your return is accepted:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition

Keep the original tags and packaging — this speeds up inspection and refund processing

We recommend using a tracked delivery service so your package doesn’t get lost on the way back to us
Once we receive your item and check it over, we’ll refund the product price only (the original shipping cost isn’t refunded for change-of-mind returns).
4. Items We Can’t Take Back
We want our returns process to be fair for both you and us. There are just a few items we can’t accept as returns unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Gift cards – Since they’re instantly activated and can be spent right away, we can’t “return” them in the same way we can a physical product.

Final sale or clearance items – These are deeply discounted, and part of the reason we can offer such low prices is by making them final sale.

Items not in original condition – This means anything that’s been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or missing its tags. We need to resell returned items, so they must come back in brand-new condition unless there’s a defect.
5. How to Start a Return
We’ve kept the process as quick and painless as possible:
Step 1 – Reach Out to Us
Send an email to [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your order. Please include:

Your order number (so we can find your order fast)

A short explanation of why you want to return it

If it’s damaged or incorrect, attach clear photos or videos — this helps us speed things up and approve your return without delay.
Step 2 – Get Instructions
Our team will reply within 1–2 business days (MST) with easy-to-follow instructions.

If it’s our fault, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so you don’t pay for postage.

If it’s a change of mind, we’ll let you know the return address and tips for safe packaging.
Step 3 – Pack & Send
Pack your T-shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt securely — using the original packaging if possible. This keeps it safe in transit and helps it pass inspection when it gets back to us.

6. Refund Timeline & Method
We know waiting for a refund can be frustrating, so we move quickly:

We process refunds within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refunds go straight back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) unless you specifically request store credit.

After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider might take an extra 3–7 business days to post it to your account — that part’s out of our hands, but we’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as we hit “refund” on our side.
7. No Restocking FeesÂ
Some stores keep a chunk of your refund for “restocking.” We don’t believe in that. If your return is approved, you’ll get your eligible refund in full (minus any customer-paid shipping for change-of-mind returns).
8. How Fast We Process and Ship Orders
Because we print and pack everything ourselves, we can get your order moving fast:

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)

US: 4–6 business days

Zambia: 9–10 business days

Order cut-off: Place your order by 2:00 PM MST, and we’ll start processing that same day. If you order after 2 PM, we’ll start the next business day.
We include Zambia because we’ve partnered with a carrier that delivers there reliably — with no customs fees or extra taxes — just like our US orders.
